Leasing Offices

The leasing offices and fitness centers will remain closed to everyone until further notice, however, we are still working to meet the needs of tenants throughout the Covid-19 pandemic via email and phone calls. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or issues at this time.

Maintenance

We are still addressing emergency maintenance issues, but ask that any non-emergencies wait until we are in a lower risk situation. You may still let us know of any non-emergency work orders, but these will be taken care of once the shelter in place order has been lifted.

Rent Payments

To try to help ease making payments as much as possible, we have temporarily removed fees for online rent payment via bank transfer only. If you have any questions about using the online portal to make rent payments, please send us an email and we can help you get this set up.

Tenants may also use the dropbox at either office to pay their rent, or mail in payments to:
